This was a project in which I had to redesign both the movie poster and the book jacket for the motion picture
'Big Fish'.
I chose to go with a composition captured in a single image. I created the false advertisement for the movie along with the cast list and particulars on the left, and then placed them in a magazine. I then went outside and laid a mirror on the ground.
For the next few hours I crouched with one hand holding the camera, and the other tipping the glass of water over, all the while hoping for the best timing. |
